Circular silencer

According to the different structures of fan import and export, fan muffler is divided into circular structure and rectangular structure.

(1) Circular structure is divided into two types: A and B. A type is flanged at both ends and directly connected to the pipeline (i.e. pipeline muffler); B type is flanged at one end and directly emptied to the atmosphere at the other end (rain-proof cap can be installed), and it is only for setting up at the end of the outdoor pipeline and inlet of the closed machine room.

(2) The general thickness of resistance muffler in the circular structure is 100 mm, 150 mm, muffling amount 15-30dB, under the condition of wind speed 5-12m/s, the applicable air volume is 1000-50000 m3/h. The structure of high frequency noise and low frequency noise muffling adopts two kinds of muffling area of impedance, which is used to maximize the broadening of muffling frequency band.

Product details description

Industrial silencer control airborne noise from ducts and openings in buildings, enclosures or equipment. It’s also the first choice of noise control measures for entrances and exits in noisy environments.YH-acoustics™ classifies silencers into rectangular silencers, round silencers, and matrix silencers depending on the interface of the silencer being used.

The circular silencer is divided into typeA and tapyB, according to the interface flange.
